I checked my CPU threads again, and the number of cores that were maxed out, was reduced to five.Kyle Juffs Updated 5 years ago Sequel to Just Cause 3 When I restarted the demo to play on, performance was much better in the same place. I checked my CPU thread usage and it was was maxing out about nine threads.Īnyway, long story short I quit. At this point my performance was quite bad. I had played the first area, then gone through the police station, then come into the open world area. It was odd that there was one time it ran badly, but the circumstances were weird. However I didn't really need a fix because my system was running it fine, with only very rare hitches. I think using DLSS helped as it reduces the base resolution.Īlso putting a frame rate cap to reduce CPU load would help. I found that the demo is maxing out CPU threads, and I think this was causing occasional hitches.
